Paul is dead and Elvis lives!!

As long as there is truth, there will be lies. By definition, therefore, anything which I say cannot be taken for the total truth, but then you could say that about everything.

Conspiracy theories have always bothered me. The need for speculation regarding every little fact and idea is ridiculous. People are so untrusting. I would be lying if I said that I have never fallen, even if it ever so slightly, for a conspiracy. Whether it be widespread and international, or an idea that a school mate came up with over lunch, often it is difficult to resist the temptation to nod along in an agreeable fashion.

One of my favourite conspiracy theories is most commonly known as ‘Paul is dead,’ and refers to the belief that Paul McCartney, of Beatles fame, actually died on the 9th November 1966 at five o’clock in the morning. I know, ridiculous. People have come to this conclusion through many mediums, if you would like to know more then click here, I’m not going to waste my time going into the details. I dare you not to laugh.

Other favourites include the idea that Shakespeare isn’t Shakespeare, Michael and Latoya Jackson are the same person, and Reptilian humanoids rule the world.

Go on, have a look. Wet yourself laughing or gaze open-mouthed, taking in every word you read. I won’t tell you which one I did, but I think that it’s pretty clear.

I’m going to have fun writing the tags for this one…
